The processing of personal data of users of this website, profyt.io, including all services, tools, and software (hereinafter the "Website") is subject to this Privacy Notice.

The Website is operated by Kivee Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in India (hereinafter "Company" or “we”).

We recognize, respect and maintain the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms and in particular your right to privacy in the context of any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction (hereinafter the "Processing") of any information relating to an identified or identifiable user where an identifiable user is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (hereinafter the "Personal Data").

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive Personal Data from children. The particular age of the children are defined differently in many countries, so any case involving a child will be reviewed individually.

We recognize that privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will follow and, from time to time, improve this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy and security rules. Our business model may also change and it may require changes to the current version of the Privacy Notice.

In other cases, you may be a consumer of the product owner which has collected and processed your Personal Data. In such cases, we act only in accordance with instructions of the data controller.

Regardless of your status, we may be a data controller in cases when we directly collect or process your Personal Data for providing our services and other business interests which are in compliance with the applicable laws.

1. Personal Data and Processing

We process different types of Personal Data and all types of Personal Data are categorized according to our role.

We collect your name, image, social media image, business name, telephone number, address, email, preferences, and links to your website or social media in order to contact you, analyze and define your business processes. Here we count on contract and legal interests as legal grounds.

We store name, image, and payment information of consumers of product owners, and other Personal Data which product owners use and shared with us. We encrypt such information to provide a higher level of data protection. We do not collect directly the Personal Data mentioned in this paragraph and we only store it. We presume that a product owner has a legal ground to process such Personal Data which is implied in our data processing agreement. If we become aware that a product owner does not comply with this rule or any applicable data protection law, we may terminate their account and access to the Website and its services.

We may send newsletters to product owners. We count on the legal interests when sending newsletters to product owners.

The Website may also use pixel tags and targeted ads, also known as beacons, spotlight tags or web bugs, to improve understanding of traffic, visitor behavior, and response to promotional campaigns, as a supplement to our server logs and other methods of traffic and response measurement. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by us. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Website addresses. The recipients of the collected data are the highest management level and employees of the Company and third parties mentioned below. We work with some companies in a variety of ways to effectively provide our services. They process personal data on our behalf, to support our services, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We use the following payment service providers to receive payments from you for the services we provide: Paypal, JVzoo, Clickbank, Clicksure, Clickfunnel, PayDotCom, Paykickstart, WarriorPlus, Stripe, Braintree.

We use icons which invite visitors to use social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest. We use Google Analytics to analyze and monitor visitor flows.

We use Google Adwords, Twitter, Facebook PPC, Youtube ads, Adroll, ReTargete, Perfect Audience to promote our Website and its services.

7. Data Subject’s Rights

You may choose not to provide us with Personal Data. If you choose to do so, you can restrictively continue to visit the Website and browse its pages, but we will not be able to provide you the full range of services without some parts of your Personal Data.

You may turn off cookies in your browser via settings. You can block cookies on your browser refusing cookies. You may delete cookies. If you turn off cookies, you can continue to use the Website and browse its pages, but the Website and certain services will not work properly.

We use LiquidWeb to store information on their servers in the USA.

The USA and India have not received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Therefore, we rely on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. In particular, we collect and transfer to the USA and India personal data only: with your consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. We endeavor to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with us and the practices described in this Privacy Notice. We also enter into data processing agreements and model clauses with our vendors whenever appropriate.
